Château Vallon des Brumes Bordeaux 2011

Château Vallon des Brumes Bordeaux 2011

Dark cherry color. Nose of small black berries, spices ans smoke. Smooth on the palate with a touch of Bordeaux classic structure and flavors on par with those from the nose. Good acidity, not as powerful as Bordeaux usually are, probably due to the 2011 vintage. Drinks well from now, would pair well with beef dishes! Good+ (88)
