Couleur cerise bien foncé, à peine une teinte violette. Nez de fruits noirs et rouges, d’épices (poivre, muscade), d’herbes sèches, de fumée et de poussière de roche. En bouche, les saveurs de fruits apportent gourmandise et l’acidité mélangée à un aspect végétal apportent fraicheur, le tout sur un fond juste assez épicé, fumé, sérieux et minéral. Fut un excellent compagnon aux côtes levées et effiloché de porc BBQ.

Fait de Grenache 50% (Rioja Alta), Graciano & Tempranillo 50% (Rioja Baja). Élevage de 10-12 mois en foudres, demi-muids et cuves inox. Le Grenache est vinifié en vendange entière en cuve de béton. Fait 14% d’alcool.

Dark cherry color with a touch of purple. Nose of red and black berries, spices (black pepper and nutmeg), dried herbs, smoke and rock dust. On the palate, the fruit flavors brings drinkability and the acidity mixed with a green side brings freshness, all that with balanced complexity notes of spices, smoke and minerality. Paired more than well with BBQ ribs and pulled pork.

Made of 50% Garnacha (from Rioja Alta) and 50% Graciano / Tempranillo (from Rioja Baja). Spent 10-12 month in oak cask and stainless tanks. Garnacha was fermented with cluster in cement tanks. Alcohol level of 14%.
