Very light gold color. Nose of lemon, sea shells, salty breeze and herbs. Bright on the palate with a high acidity level and a touch of bitterness on the finish that falls quickly. Flavors of lemon, citrus fruit and sea grass. Refreshing and well made, but lacks personality. Good+ (88)

Made of Chardonnay (from Jura and d Mâconnais in Burgundy) and Riesling (Alsace). Aged one year in 10 years old oak barrels. Certified organic and natural winemaking Alcohol level of 13,5%
