Jacques Tissot Chardonnay Arbois 2012

Light gold color. Very aromatic nose of pear, pineapple, citrus fruit, spices, nuts and light notes of oak. About the same flavor profile as the nose, mouth coating with a good acidity level and a salty finish. Will pair well with grilled shrimps, poultry plates but even more with cheese! Very good (89)

Altos Las Hormigas Colonia Las Liebres Bonarda Clasica 2014

Dark ruby with pink colored rim. Aromatic and fresh with its red berry notes, rhubarb, spices and earth, quite impressive and different! Goes the same way on the palate with flavors of red berries, a good acidity, a touch of welcomed bitterness, a light animal twist, but the earth and spices garnish the finish in the right way. Good+ (88)

Dark purple color but not completly opaque. Nose of berries, grilled bell pepper, earth, really fresh and blooming from the glass. Fruit loaded flavors, then some spices and that typical Cab Franc greens that I truly appreciate when done right as it is the case now. Perfect wine to quench your thirst since it’sjuicy“, lively and so tasty. This is some pretty Cab Franc! Very good+ (89)

Medium dark gold color. Complex nose of grilled pineapples, grapefruit, pear, spices, oak and just a hint of salty water breeze. Flavor profile is about the same with the addition of chalk, lime in a round mouthfeel that still gives room for the acidity to show. This is young or course and oak is there, but drank over 8 hours it did showed how good this will be after few years of ageing. Excellent+ (92)
