Tawse Cabernet Franc Growers Blend Niagara Peninsula 2010

The wine is black cherry dark. Very earthy nose with black berries, smoke, spices and a hint of this grape classical green bell pepper. Slightly biting on the palate with high acidity, then it’s an explosion of spicy smoky fruity flavors. Nice long finish with flavors of crushed rocks. Very good (89)

Made of  Cabernet Franc. Aged 14 months in french oak barrels. Alcohol level of 13%
