Domaine du Possible Tout Bu or not Tout Bu Côtes du Roussillon 2015

Light ruby color. Nose of fresh red berries, aromatic herbs and sandy soil. May seems light on the palate, but the freshness, the red berries with the herbal notes, sweet spices and basil makes this wine so tasty. This wine IMO the perfect example of a chuggable wine! That may explain why we went through the bottle so quickly… Good+ (88)

Dark and deep purple color. Nose of black berries, spices, herbs, it’s bright, deep and mysterious. Greatly structured on the palate, it is quite powerful at this stage. Flavors of spicy black berries with small berry jam and a mineral touch on the finish. This can’t hide the fact that it comes from a warm climate area, but that doesn’t lower its great ageing potential as this will be amazing after some years in the cellar. Very good+ (90
