Perfect acidity level, right amount of fruit flavors, of chewyness with just a touch of spice. As many Italian wine, this one shines when paired with food. Made of Sangiovese (90%), Canaiolo and Colorino del Valdarno. Certified organic by ECOCERT. Aged 6 to 8 months in stainless tanks. Alcohol level of 12,5%
