Château Vallon des Brumes Bordeaux 2011

Château Vallon des Brumes Bordeaux 2011

Dark cherry color. Nose of small black berries, spices ans smoke. Smooth on the palate with a touch of Bordeaux classic structure and flavors on par with those from the nose. Good acidity, not as powerful as Bordeaux usually are, probably due to the 2011 vintage. Drinks well from now, would pair well with beef dishes! Good+ (88)

Made of 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet-Sauvignon and 10% de Cabernet Franc. Certified organic. Alcohol level of 12,5%

Available at the SAQ for 17,00$ (Code SAQ : 10863070)
