Domaine Thymiopoulos Jeunes Vignes de Xinomavro Naoussa 2015

Light ruby color. Nose and palate of berries, earth with some herbacious and green notes, but the fruit lift it up and the sweet spices pairs well with it. Fresh and juicy, this feel to me like a Greek Beaujolais could be even if it doesn’t have the same flavor profile, but the spirit is there. This is highly enjoyable and this wine is made to drink it and quench your thirst! Will have to drink more of this… Very good (89)

Made of 100%  Xinomavro grapes. Aged in tanks for 9 months. Alcohol level of 12,5%
