Château Cambon Beaujolais 2016

Bright and translucid ruby color. Nose of flowers, red fruits with spices and earth, a perfume a can’t be tired of smelling! This a perfect example of how elegant a Gamay wine can be. On the palate, there’s an explosion of red berries and fruits (cherries and strawberries), of acidity (not being to powerful too) and so enjoyable (that is an understatement!). Finish of sour berries that last a moment in a very fresh way. This is the type of wine I am currently seeking to quench my thirst. Very good+ (90))

Made of Gamay from vines located between Morgon and Fleurie. Made by Marie Lapierre (spouse of the well known and deceased Marcel Lapierre) and Jean-Claude Chanudet. Natural winemaking and aged in old oak cask on its lees. Alcohol level of 12,5%

Available in SAQ stores for 22,95$ (Code SAQ :  12454991)
