Château Tour Saint-Vincent Cru Bourgeois Médoc 2009

Château Tour Saint-Vincent Cru Bourgeois Médoc 2009

Dark violet color. Nose of dark berries, earth, cedar wood, smoke and bitter chocolate. Very “Merlot” style even if this is not the dominant grape in the blend. About the same flavor profil on the palate, medium silkyness, quite long, concentrated, feels young and calls for a roasted beef dish! Very good (89)

The vineyard is made of 60% Cabernet-Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. Aged in oak barrels. Alcohol level of 13,5%

Château Tour Saint-Joseph Cru Bourgeois Haut-Médoc 2010

Dark ruby color. Oaky and spicy nose at first, but after some air, black berries and leather will appear. Powerful and tasty, the oak is better integrated on the palate with black fruit and leather again. Good acidity level, long finish slightly bitter in a noble way. Could age for few years. Good+ (88)
