Domaine du Loup Blanc Le Régal Minervois 2012

Domaine du Loup Blanc Le Régal Minervois 2012

Dark purple-ish color. Nose of meat, spices and black berries. Despite its structure and chewiness, it does have freshness that goes well with the fruity flavors, the fine and integrated spices notes. Good length where a touch of minerals and leather is noticeable. I do recommend to put it in the cellar for few years to let it rest a little. Good+ (88)

I am not a natural born Grenache fan. Though, I’m curious and like to discover so I tried this one:

Glossy ruby color. Strawberry jam flavor with aromatic herbs and warm rocks. Fruity, round and chewy mouthfeel. This wine just drinks so easily. Very good+ (90)

Made of Grenache Noir. Vineyard and wine organic and biodynamic certified (ÉCOCERT, DEMETER). Alcohol level o 13%
