Quinta do Pôpa Contos da Terra Douro 2015 

Medium ruby with purple hue color. Nose of mixed berries with smoke, flowers, leather and meat aromas, very typical of this range of wines from Portugal, which I like! The wine shows some strenght but is not bitter nor rough since there is qualitative fruit flavors paired with spicy and leather notes, then ends in a silky finish. This is some rocking juice for its price! Good+ (88) 

Blend of tinta roriz (35%), touriga franca (30%), touriga nacional (20%), tinta barroca (15%). Aged in tanks. Alcohol level of 13,5%

Medium dark and translucid ruby color. Aromas of red and black berries, earth, pepper, dried flowers, some oak, all in a powerful and expressive nose. Charming on the palate with its fruit and creamy texture, the wine still is serious, quite spicy with depth and tastyness. There is acidity, freshness while being true to the grape variety. Among the best Chilean Pinot Noir I’ve ever had. To keep in the cellar to try again in few months or years. Very good+ (90)

Made of Pinot Noir from a vineyard located at 12 km of the Pacific Ocean. Fermented in tanks and aged 12 months in French oak barrels. Alcohol level of 13,5%

Bright ruby color. Nose of fruits and spices that are well be=lended with earth and rocks note. Explosive fruit on the palate, then the spicy finish kicks in and ask to be brought at the table to pair with many types of dishes. Good acidity level, as well as structured ans serious, more than what Beaujolais appellation wine usually offers. Very good (89)

Made of Gamay. Certified Ecocert (organic). Alcohol level of 12,5%

Medium dense garnet color. Aromas of red berries, plum, leather, dry flowers and seems a little austere for now. More open, expressive and charming on the palate with the same flavor profile as what noticeable on the nose. This wine is fresh and is claiming for a place at your table to be shared and enjoyed. Very good (89)

Made of Cabernet-Sauvignon from a vineyard located at an altitude of 2000 meters. Aged in concrete tanks. Alcohol level of 14%
