Dark ruby color with purple hue. Nose of ripe red and black berries with spices note, earth and violet flowersQuite concentrated on the palateit still finds balance due to its acidity level and a sour-bitter finish that brings in some crispyness to the wineFeels structured (for a Gamay of course, not generally speaking!), it’ll hold on for a few years, or few minutes in your glass as it’s the two options offered with this wine! Dark ruby color. Nose of spicy red fruits, it’s inviting and charming, but balanced and shows true Chianti character. Round on the palate with a good acidity level, showing red fruits and spices flavors, this is a wine for food. This well pair well with many dishes, fulfilling your expectations at a very enjoyable price point! Good+ (88)

Dark purple color. Nose of black berries, spices, earth, grilled bell pepper, herbacious and oaky notes. Velvet texture on the palate, almost rich, but still keep its balance between concentration, strenght and a touch of freshness. Flavors of dark berries, spices, bitter cocolate, earth and oak. Made of 95% cabernet-sauvignon and 5% of petit verdot. Aged 21 months in French oak barrels, 23% being new and 77% of second use. Alcohol level of 14,5%

Lightly colored with green hue. Salty and herbacious nose with citrus fruit and flower notes. Enjoyable acidity on the palate with flavors of citrus fruit, herbs, green apples and a great intensity and finish lenght. This is really well made! Very good (89)

Made from 70% sauvignon blanc and 30% sauvignon gris. Aged in stainless tanks. Alcohol level of 13%

Smooth on the palate with a good amount of fruit flavors, it ends in a finish where a light bitterness and green pepper give some strenght. Drinks pretty easily. To pour over meat or lasagna dish. Made of  Cabernet-Sauvignon from vineyards in Swartland and Robertson. Fermentation and ageing goes in tanks with French oak staves contact for 3 months. Alcohol level of 14%

Dark colored. Nose and palate of pepper, dark berries, it’s spicy and leather on the finish. There is also a chewy mouthfeel and structure, so it need meat to pair with it! If you like bolder and full-bodied wines, you may enjoy this one. Good+ (88)

Blend of 52% Grenache, 24% Carignan, 24% Syrah. Aged 6 to 12 months in 3 to 6 years old oak barrels. Alcohol level of 13,5%

Medium dark ruby color. The wine have aromes of cherries, earth and some spices notes. Silky on the palate, the fruit is King here. With its good acidity level and its spicy finish, this wine is at its best when poured while eating even if it ca be enjoyed by itself! Good+ (88)

Mainly made of  Sangiovese. Aged in 90% tanks and 10% in oak barrels. Alcohol level of 13%

It might looks like a very primary description for a tasting note, but fir those like that are powered with Gamay based wines are gonna be pleased with this one. Might lack some depth or concentration, but this is quaffable… at that’s what’s great with it! Very good (89)

On the palate this wine shows the Bordeaux classic balance with notes of tobacco and leather, this fruit flavors paired with an enjoyable bitterness. Approcheable now, but would surprise many of us after some ageing in a cellar. Good+ (88))

Blend of 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Malbec. Aged 13 months in oak barrels. Alcohol level of 14%
